During this time I decided to train as a Life Coach to continue to drive positive transformations, this time with people’s mindsets, and I have loved every bit of it. This also enabled me to strengthen my leadership skills and it nourished my growth mindset and self awareness.

    - Managed a team of 3 (Trade Marketing & Events Exec, Social Media Manager, Marketing Trainee)
    - Worked together with the founders on the launch of a new brand identity, with a brand new website, comms platform and packaging design

    • Created and presented an inspiring, integrated brief for Wimbledon 2018 to all agencies, challenging & engaging all stakeholders, including the Wimbledon team & the Global team, resulting in strong activation plans that were for the first time integrated with the global comms
    • Developed a profitable 3-year strategic plan for evian in the UK, working closely with the Finance & Sales teams on complex P&L scenarios, taking into consideration global & local constraints
    • Led the launch of the 2019 brand planning process, leading a cross-functional team
    • Supported the Marketing Manager with the UK launch of the brand’s global sustainability mission & commitment
    • Led cross-functional and global projects

    • Led the 2018 business planning process with a cross functional team, developing strong commercial & brand plans
