A l’échelle de la société, la marge de manoeuvre est très faible pour atteindre un horizon désirable pour les humains et soutenable pour la planète. Le seul moyen d'y arriver est de changer en profondeur les indicateurs de succès, les modèles économiques, les modes opératoires des entreprises et bien sûr, les comportements des talents et des citoyens-consommateurs.

Mon métier, à travers la formation expérientielle, le conseil et les conférences, c'est de vous aider à scruter l'horizon pour discerner les îles sur lesquelles mettre le cap et vous mettre en mouvement pour les atteindre.

Plus que jamais, c'est une mission nécessaire et mon rôle est d'accompagner les entreprises à construire et mener ces transformations pour que leur activité reste soutenable et résiliente.

It all starts with the ability to measure the existing positive and negative impact. Second is about setting up an ambitious strategy to reduce the damaging outcomes of the activity while maintaining / increasing the positive effects on stakeholders. Finally, companies must be able to operationalize this strategy by training, equipping and accompanying employees.

At Fabernovel, we believe most companies will need to be extremely innovative and able to reinvent themselves.
