Alors après plusieurs années en leadership produit (2x CPO dans des scale-ups), j'ai décidé il y a 3 ans de me focus entièrement sur l'IA, apprentissage (un peu de code) puis création de produits IA et en utilisant l'IA pour le faire.

The Jung Study is a voice-only Conversational AI App

An immersive conversational AI app centered on Carl Jung, inviting users into a contemplative space that feels like sitting in his study—where inner dialogue unfolds through warm, reflective conversation with a wise, grandfatherly presence.

• Development – Built (solo) the production-ready version using Cursor and Opus 4.6
• Finetuning – Finetuned Gemini 2.5 Flash with 200K tokens of Carl Jung material by creating 200 synthetic conversations distilling the Carl Jung knowledge and the expected agent behavior
• System Prompt Engineering – Aggressively iterated in order to find the optimal balance of on-character LLM behavioral impact while not hurting too much the LLM inherent intelligence, natural behavior, and latency
• AI Memory – Advanced Mem0 setup to provide continuity across sessions, while not hurting latency

Beta version in production since April 2026.

GB Concierge is a Consumer Web Ambient AI Agent

Value Pro – Fully abstracting the need for web users to create and manage user accounts on their various websites & apps of interest.

The Magic – As an ambient web AI agent, GB Concierge would act as a proxy for the user to autonomously (i.e. behind-the-scene) create an anonymous user account on each of the various websites & apps of interest for the user. Thus, fully abstracting the whole signup and signin layer across the web.

• Antler Berlin Incubator, Fall 2024 cohort
• Built (solo) a POC using Cursor and Gemini 2.5 mostly
• Iterated aggressively with smart product and technical hacks.

☛ Concluded that this solution can't be taken to production because antibot systems (e.g. Cloudflare) are still too unfriendly to AI Agents.

The bot (SaaS) empowers community owners on Discord to better manage, grow, and monetize their communities. 5M+ community owners actively use MEE6 (30% market penetration), and 200M+ community members.

• Developed the product team from scratch (0.5 to 6 members)
• Hired, managed, and mentored all product team members (including the design team)
• Created and managed 4 product teams (1 core, 1 data, and 2 new products: Web3 plugin suite and Memberships)
• Implemented scrum and 2-week sprints, as well as other product processes
• Assumed hands-on products ownership until the product team expanded
• Impact: Fully operational product team, 2x revenue target product strategy defined, NPS improved from 4.7 to 6.5, data stack ready to support a data-driven product strategy
