As a staff SRE in a team of 10 people, we look after those 5 pillars (observability, incident management, chaos engineering, web performance and finops/greenops) to gain more stability in production.

In the chaos eng. field, my tasks are :
Create and deliver GameDays for tech people to train their incident response and analysing skill
Animate workshops around resiliency by experimenting controlled failures with Steadybit
Bring chaos eng. to daily life of developers : create a tool to generate experiments for all the services/teams, assess their resiliency level in a fun way with a scoreboard and areas of improvements (Golang/Gin gonic / React/ Typescript).
Extend chaos experiments beyond Kubernetes by developing extensions (Golang) : assess datadog monitor behaviour, attack kong routes/services

As a staff SRE, I embrace transverse tasks :

Develop a tool (golang+kyverno policies) to automatically rightsize the pods cpu requests and autoscaling
