Chargeurs: a french stock listed company, activities in 90+ countries, 2500 employees and 750M€ in revenu in 2021. The three main themes of my work are innovation, sustainability and digitalisation for business purposes. My internal stakeholders are CEOs, CMOs, Industrial site directors, Chief of Innovation/R&D officers and Sustainability managers of the divisions. My missions and activities are:

- Managing a portfolio of projects for business divisions in innovation, sustainability and digitalisation

- Developing open innovation, through partnerships with academia, startups and corporations,

- Creating and animating innovation network and culture in group and divisions,

- Facilitator to rethink business model and find new opportunities in business divisions,

- Providing support to manage specific innovative projects, from market study to business development. I am based at the EPFL Innovation Park, Lausanne, Switzerland.

We are a non-profit company of citizens that identified 20 areas we need to act on in order to stop greenhouse gas emissions. Our solution: use entrepreneurship to act quickly and globally. We are fundraising 1 billion euros to create 100 companies fighting against global warming. Join us to fight global climate change!

Since 2016, MassChallenge Switzerland has been a leader in helping startups across Europe grow their businesses by accelerating 492 startups across multiple industries that have raised more than $600M in funding. Our flagship program is the early-stage startup accelerator, which accepts startups from any industry, and in 2022 will comprise the agnostic program and 3 industry-specific tracks: Sustainable Food Solutions, Health Solutions, and Climate Solutions. All startups in the accelerator will be advised about how to make their business climate responsible and must intend to off-set their emissions or actively reduce GHG. The program in 2022 will likely be a mix of in person and online activity due to the pandemic. MassChallenge is a NGO. I volunteer at MassChallenge as Expert and Judge for the selection process and I mentor finalist startups of the program.
