Senior Technical Contributor within the 4Care product team (insurance broker platform), operating across development, solutioning, operations, and analysis. Key activities included: refactoring of the batch emissions cycle and the identification framework (adapted to new Namirial requirements); design and implementation of a logging framework; full integration of the TCM (Term Life Insurance) product; management and maintenance of the Zurich inbound/outbound flow exchange system, including deep technical analysis consolidated into AI-friendly documentation to support ongoing development activities; GDPR right-to-erasure framework design across ~30 entities with phase-based deletion logic and active-policy exclusion rules. Provided analytical support across multiple development cycles and resolved complex, hard-to-reproduce production issues through systematic investigation across logs, data, and code. Built a modular CLI ETL tool supporting multiple input sources (GCS, filesystem, DB, JSON logs) and output destinations, including high-throughput MySQL ingestion (~430k records/min). Developed deep operational knowledge of GCP/GKE, MySQL, email delivery (Brevo, bounce management), and CI/CD pipelines. Designed and built a fashion supply-chain traceability platform targeting EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) compliance, with the architecture designed to scale toward multi-tenancy. Responsibilities: requirements gathering, end-to-end architecture, full-stack implementation (AI assisted), cloud deployment. Stack: Java 21, Spring Boot 3, React 18, Drupal 11 (PHP 8.3), PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Docker, k3s on Oracle Cloud ARM, ArgoCD, Traefik.

Designed end-to-end architecture for an IoT device management platform: requirements analysis, system design, API design, and full project lifecycle management through UAT and beta deployment. Covered both technical lead and PM roles throughout the project.
