Context: Digitalization of the customer journey for succession and inheritance. A strategic project for the bank with a budget exceeding €3 million. SAFe methodology with 2-week sprints. The project involves a complex and cross-functional reconstruction of the bank's information system architecture. The project not only met but surpassed the established goals.

Owned and prioritized the product backlog: defining user stories and features in alignment with stakeholders and customer needs. Delivered a fully paperless customer space with key features: profile management, notifications, PDF preview/signatures, document upload, chatbot integration, and accessibility enhancements. Led data integration between the bank and insurers via APIs, improving system efficiency and data flow. Drove cross-functional collaboration with business, technical, and UX/UI teams through iteration planning, design reviews, and stand-ups. Managed business analysts, validating functional stories and ensuring delivery quality. Context: BMF Base Mondiale Finance – Strategic financial consolidation project utilizing a mixed Scrum/Lean agile methodology with 15-day sprints and 3-month releases, encompassing 800 man days. This international project involves 60 entities worldwide and offshore development.

Gathered and analyzed requirements for regulatory projects (Loanscape, Anacredit, Asset Encumbrance, Surfi, ACINT) under tight deadlines. Produced and maintained business requirement documents ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
