Oversaw the complete project lifecycle: from requirements gathering to deployment, including development follow-up, non-regression testing, UAT coordination, and post-delivery support. Produced user training materials and operational documentation to support business adoption and knowledge transfer across teams. Collaborated with cross-functional and global teams, aligning IT, business users, and sponsors through regular steering meetings and project reviews. Drove the design and documentation of process flows and procedures, ensuring consistency across global locations and scalable implementation.
