    Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding :
    - Employer Branding initiatives, management of the WTTJ page
    - Sourcing and direct approach of top candidates
    - Management enablement on how to hire: scorecards, processes, lead-time reduction
    - Coordination of all hiring processes

    - Focus on the Business & Customer Front persona which includes BDR, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Strategy, Customer Success, Account Management... in France, Belgium, Portugal & Germany.
    - Onboard the new Talent Acquisition Tech & Product and the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
    - Help the VP People & Culture in the building and onboarding of this new growing team in this context of merge!

    - Creating Zenchef career site
    - Campus Management
    - Collaborating with Marketing Team for LinkedIn posts about new joiners and recruitment activities

    - Creating and implementing Zenchef's hiring process, referral process, and hiring playbook
