I’m a Tech Recruiter / Talent Partner with a strong RPO, execution-first approach. Over the past months, I’ve mostly worked in embedded RPO setups, integrating with hiring teams to deliver fast, high-quality hires with as little friction as possible.

I run the full hiring cycle end-to-end: role intake and calibration (scope, seniority, compensation), sourcing strategy, direct outreach, screening and qualification, interview process management, scorecards and debriefs, and closing support through the offer stage. I focus both on quality (relevant shortlists, strong signal) and on process (reducing latency, aligning stakeholders, keeping decisions moving).

Overall, I support startups and scale-ups on demanding Tech and Product hires (IC and leadership), with one obsession: solid hires, realistic timelines, and a clean process that works for both candidates and teams.
