À propos de Alexandre

You shipped an MVP fast with AI (Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, Claude Code). Real users showed up. Then it started cracking: things break under load, the code is hard to change, and you're unsure what's safe to ship.

I'm Alex. I turn AI-generated and vibe-coded codebases into production-ready software, secure, tested, built to scale past the first hundred users.

10 years in software: 7 shipping iOS in Swift, 3 leading iOS, Android, web and backend teams as an Engineering Manager.

— How I work, no surprises —

1) Code audit (fixed price). I review your architecture, data model, security, tests and CI/CD, and send a clear report: what's solid, what's at risk, what it costs to fix, and a straight call on harden vs rebuild.

2) Remediation. I refactor the risky parts, lock down security, add tests, set up CI/CD and code review, and document it.

— Why me —

· I don't just review AI code, I run AI to produce clean code: on Velibz (my iOS app, six years solo), my latest features shipped via my own automated workflow pipeline of AI agents with architecture protected throughout. I know where AI cuts corners.

· I build to last: modular MVVM+Redux, full CI/CD, maintained solo for 5 years.

· I triage under pressure: at Evaneos, 30+ projects in a year and a 50% login drop traced and fixed.

Fully remote across Europe. FR native, EN fluent, DE conversational. Available now.

Velibz is a Vélib' companion app for Paris' public bike sharing system, built around two real commuter problems which frustrated me a lot: finding a free docking station near my office, and finding a working bike to go home. In Paris St-Lazare during rush hour, both were a daily lottery. Velibz solves the first with a geofencing notification as you approach your destination, and the second with a reliability score calculated from live bike data, so you spot the best bike instantly and adapt your route accordingly.

I commuted a lot by Vélib daily before COVID (and after). When the lockdowns hit in 2020, I used the pause to finally build this, with the ambition to take it end-to-end and maintain it long-term. SwiftUI had just launched. Perfect timing to learn it on a real project.

5 years in: iOS and watchOS apps, 7 targets, MVVM+Redux architecture, modular codebase (VelibzCore, VelibzUI), Siri Shortcuts, WidgetKit, CI/CD via Fastlane and Github actions / Xcode Cloud. Built and maintained solo, from design to App Store.
~1k monthly active users. 3.4 sessions/month per user. DAU/MAU of 4.4. Sticky usage for a niche utility.

The latest feature was built with an AI agent team: PM, dev, and review agents challenging each other through user stories, delivery planning, and code review iterations. A real product workflow, fully AI-executed!
