Manage and organize a team of 50 data specialists (data engineers, data analysts, scientists, machine learning engineers, software engineers, PMs) in charge of :
• Data Ingestion and Governance: Oversee the integration and governance of user data for the entire company resulting in better data quality and improved operational efficiency.
• Analytics: Develop analytics capabilities to enable strategic and operational data-driven decision-making
• AI: Design, build and operate full-stack ML systems to :
* Boost engagement all along the user journey by utilizing predictive scores and recommender systems, resulting in reduced operational workload and double-digit improvements in conversion metrics.
* Mitigate fraud by implementing custom AI-based solutions to improve player safety via different levers : improve account security, reduce ingame toxicity, and avoid payment fraud.
* Optimize operational efficiency by delivering tools that significantly reduce tickets handling time for hundreds of support agents. Currently working on unlocking self-help capabilities for players using Generative AI.
