My roles: support for promotional campaigns management systems, logistics flow management and pricing management systems. Uninterrupted operation of these systems was ensured 10% of the Company's cash turnover.

Role in the project: processing user requests, finding and eliminating errors in the operation of systems, testing and verifying the changes being implemented, making improvements as part of service support.

Achievements and results: • Implemented improvements to the management systems for promotions and logistics links. • More than 170 processed user requests in the 2024 year. The level of SLA (percentage of applications without violating the terms of the decision) is more than 97%.

Project: Material and technical resources management system.

Technologies: data warehouse - SAP BW on HANA 7.5, customization of CalculationView and data flow objects using SAP HANA Studio.

Projects: Information and control systems of the Company's enterprises. Technologies: data warehouse - SAP BW 7.4, ABAP/4, development of reporting forms SAP Bex Analyzer, VBA, SAP Business Explorer, integration with SAP ERP, SAP Business Object. Implementation of a full cycle of work on the design, development and implementation of the system in operation. Head of the report development group. Results: development of sets of reporting forms in accordance with project assignments and plans.

Internal project: Development and delivery of a training course for SAP BW interns. Learning objective: providing PJSC Gazprom projects with SAP BW developers.

Role in the project: developer and teacher of the course "Data acquisition in SAP BW" Result: over 30 trainees were trained on the course in three years. Mentor for 5 students.
