I am carrying out this consulting mission with the client Harmonie-Mutuelle, based in Nancy. I act as level 2 System support, and work half of my time on Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange administration. The other half of the time, I am positioned on project management tasks aimed at improving the work processes of the team in which I am positioned. Here are 2 examples of projects on which I am positioned : As part of Identity and Access Management, creation of a tool to industrialize the management of employee departures and their IT environments. Industrialization of the arrival of new employees by implementing the process in the ticketing tool EasyVista. This mission is carried out within the Health Data Hosting framework.

This mission carried out alternately with my license and my Master 1 and was my introduction to the world of large companies. I was in charge of the administration of a fleet of 2000 PCs (4000 users), and the implementation of automated deployment of certain tools via SCCM, a tool for which I was in charge of administration. I was also in charge of international user support on different sites (USA, China, Germany, Mexico, Spain, ...). I also worked on 2 major project managements : Deployment of the new version of the CAD software (Siemens NX). Development of a new version of an internal tool aiming to offer a lighter version of the PLM tool.

During this mission that I carried out alternately with my school, I was in charge of the administration of the network of a small company. I carried out 2 major study projects : Setting up remote corporate network access via VPN. Setting up a file server for the company. This first professional experience allowed me to discover the professional world and to take responsibility by being positioned on ambitious projects.
