As the IT Team Leader and backend engineer with the Algerian Air Force, I led a team of six, ensuring a smooth and collaborative working environment. I played a pivotal role in migrating the organization's legacy database from a Delphi-based system to a modern Java-based solution. This transition significantly enhanced the software's security, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data. Additionally, I spearheaded efforts to optimize both time and hardware resources, resulting in a faster, more efficient, and cost-effective software solution. My leadership ensured comprehensive communication with the administration board, facilitating seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals. My contributions not only improved the system's performance but also reduced operational expenses, demonstrating my ability to deliver impactful technical solutions in a high-stakes environment.

As the co-founder, CEO, and backend developer at UntitledLux, I played a key role in delivering innovative tech solutions for the e-commerce sector in Algeria. My responsibilities included developing and implementing robust technical solutions for online stores, addressing and resolving the technical challenges faced by existing stores. Under my leadership, we achieved significant impact by helping our clients enhance their profitability and efficiency with tailored e-commerce solutions delivered in a short time frame. Additionally, I led a teaching initiative where I mentored young individuals on developing similar solutions and cultivating a programmer's mindset. My efforts contributed to the growth and success of our clients and established UntitledLux as a trusted partner in the Algerian e-commerce industry.
