At Cellenza, I worked as an AI Architect and MLOps Architect on innovative projects across energy, tourism, healthcare, industry, retail, and software publishing. I designed and deployed solutions using generative AI, NLP, and computer vision, with a strong focus on industrialization, scalability, and security of Azure-based architectures.

In the energy sector, I developed an intelligent search engine combining Azure AI Search, OCR, and CI/CD to process multi-format documents efficiently and securely. In tourism, I created a conversational agent on WhatsApp using a RAG architecture with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search, while coordinating teams as technical leader to ensure timely delivery. In healthcare, I built a voicebot for call centers with two variants (real-time GPT-4o streaming and classic Speech-to-Text/Text-to-Speech), improving patient interactions and response times.

For the industrial domain, I designed a private chatbot based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation, deployed a secure Azure cloud architecture, automated with Terraform, and led workshops to align business and technical stakeholders. In retail, I created a custom indexer integrated with SharePoint, enabling automatic updates of a knowledge base connected to an RAG chatbot, ensuring relevance and freshness of responses. Finally, in the software publishing sector, I delivered a complete MLOps platform to industrialize the ML lifecycle, implementing automated pipelines for ingestion, training, inference, and versioning, plus MLflow monitoring to track experiments and detect drifts.

Across these missions, I combined technical expertise with leadership, managing end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering robust, innovative, and business-oriented AI solutions.
