-Managing a team of 18 manufacturing engineer for preparation of working procedures, methods and projects for Airbus products (A320/A330/A350/ A400M/A380).

-Capacity study of workload plan for ressources and equipment in Aribus products (A320/A330/A350/A400M/A380).

-Research & Development of production processes to improve efficency, respect of customer requirements (internal and external) and corporate strategy according to the ISO 9001 and AS-EN9100

-Leading improvement projects (decision-to-launch, requirement, origin, ROI, planning etc.) around processes, documentation, tools and operations.

-Technical support of Manufacturing Engineering Team in the resolution of all requests concerning continous improvement, Q/A or disputes with the respect of the definition of the products.

-Preparation of the operating budget for manufacturing engineering department.

-Setup and ensure target achievement of KPI (QCD: Efficiency, Cost and Delivery).

- Ensuring the management, the exploitation and the distribution of the data related to the definition of the manufactured products to the services (Production, quality...).

-Ensuring the follow up of the actions of optimization of the production documents in accordance with GPAO and GIDT tools and the industrial organization of the programs (A320/A330/A350/A400M/A380).

-Ensuring the integration of the available customer technical documentation into the internal documentary framework (ERP, PP, SW, INP, INTE, INME, GIDT, test programs ...) and manage the configuration of the products to be manufactured.

-Performing the manufacturing support drawings ("formboards") and ensuring the integration of the required technical data and the conformity of the formboards to the internal specifications and customer requirements.

-Ensuring support and training for the personnel of the Manufacturing Engineering Team.

-Ensuring support and training in SAP (Key user SAP for PP module).

Project Management of the modularization for the INR harnesses in the MFA Production. Capacity study of the equipment and manpower. Preparation of the operating budget and follow up the cost of the project. Preparation of the new material flow and logistic concept. Planning and management of humans means with delegation responsibilities and respect of the time schedules of the project. Ensure target achievement of KPI (efficiency, quality and delivery). Coaching and supporting FMEA preparation of the project. Development of INR harnesses in order to reduce the cycle time and decrease the impact of JIT in the production. Provide technical support and prepare emergency plan for the team members of the project. Means: One member from each department to follow the project.
