- Successfully revamped a 5-year-old Symfony 3 project, migrating it to Symfony 5 while updating components and JS libraries to enhance security significantly.

- Managed a profitable agency team by optimizing organization, training members, and integrating SPA.

- Served as the technical lead in a Scrum-based project with a team of 6 external developers. Contributed to defining upstream needs (design thinking), developed a Drupal 8 event website for a large-scale event attracting 200k+ visitors, and created a back office for exhibitor management. Additionally, I was involved in establishing a website factory, selecting external providers, and managing hosting services.
