Creation of the invention patented: Methods and Systems for Energy Analytics This invention meets the needs of Facility managers by analyzing consumption profiles and trends in large industrial buildings through the disaggregation of electrical signals. We identify various external drivers such as temperature. As result, our invention adapts to any industrial requirement, regardless of geographic location or consumption profiles using AI algorithm (supervised / unsupervised).

Alarms & Events Management Analytics collaboration - Research and development of the "Alarm Health" analytics back office launched in Power Advisor in July 2021 . This diagnostics report leverages the ISA18.2 standard to automatically detect and provide actionable recommendations for nuisance alarms such as chattering, fleeting, stale alarms. Other work is ongoing for future releases (discriminant characteristics, change points ML, co-occurrences analysis, time series clustering, floods peak periods and spikes analysis, etc.).

Energy Management Analytics collaboration - Research on leveraging the Twitter algorithm (became Open source) to analyze the Peaks and Spikes of Office buildings. Failed due to necessary normalization. Pivoted to a more generalized normalization method. Energy curve profiles & clusters. Learned how to re-contextualize to outside air temperature. PoC was successful to identify and highlight any over- and under-consumption over a yearly period.
