Within the Transformation Office, involvement in the governance and cross-functional steering of strategic transformation programs, operating in an international, multi-Business Unit environment.

Engagement on the CRM4ALL program, aimed at deploying a group-wide CRM and aligning commercial practices and customer performance across Business Units.

• Ensuring coherence of program governance (steering bodies, cadences, reporting, key indicators)

• Acting as an interface between business, IT, change and external partner teams

• Structuring and preparing materials for governance and steering forums (Core Team, SteerCo, Executive Committee)

• Monitoring risks, dependencies and decision points in highly autonomous multi-BU contexts

• Supporting stakeholder alignment and decision-making fluidity across the program

Role performed in a high-impact transformation context, with a strong focus on governance clarity, delivery reliability and alignment between strategy and execution.

Placed by the consulting firm SILAMIR with ALSTOM group, I belong to "SOLUTION ADOPTION" team which role is to support the deployment and adoption of new tools and working methods within ALSTOM group. We have designed and deployed internationally a change management programme aiming at preparing and facilitating the deployment GSI, a new ERP, on the ex BOMBARDIER sites recently acquired by ALSTOM.

As INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, my role entails:

- Managing and growing BPI group's international network of partners (50+ countries)

- Developing and selling global Management &HR projects for multinational clients: RFP, writing proposals, oral presentations, budgeting and contracting

- Steering of international projects: implementation and monitoring delivery processes, KPIs and client reporting, project schedules and budgets. Manage teams of 25+ consultants based in France and worldwide. Range of services include corporate change projects, outplacement, coaching, leadership development, and assessment. Since 2019 I have also been entrusted with the role of CHIEF OF STAFF to the BPI group Executive committee. My role is to structure and streamline the work of the ExCom, manage and contribute to strategic workflows such as growth strategy, investments, communication & marketing and corporate identity. This work has resulted in a more fluid company governance in which decisions made are executed in a timely, thorough, and effective manner.
