I’m a Business Performance & BI Consultant with a strong interest in data, reporting, analysis, and practical management tools that support better decision-making.
Over the past 5+ years, I’ve worked on consulting projects involving management control, performance monitoring, budgeting, cost analysis, reporting, process structuring, audits, reconciliations, and dashboard design.
In some cases, everything has to be built from scratch: reporting templates, KPI follow-up, dashboards, data models, budget files, or operational tracking systems.
In other cases, the structure already exists, but the problem is elsewhere: unreliable data, too much manual work, weak controls, inconsistent reports, unclear indicators, or files that no one really trusts anymore.
My work often includes:

- Power Query data transformation and ETL workflows
- Data models for reporting and analysis

- KPI tracking and performance monitoring
- Budget, cost, margin, and profitability analysis

My approach is consulting-oriented: understand the business context, ask the right questions, identify the real issue behind the symptoms, then turn it into practical solutions.
Main tools: Excel, Power BI, Power Query, VBA, Microsoft Access, and SQL-based data preparation within reporting/ETL environments.
Outside work, I’m passionate about gaming, especially the competitive, strategic, and optimization aspects. I like understanding mechanics, solving problems, and improving systems step by step — a mindset I also bring into my work.
