Projet : Deployment of the client global core model across mu ltiple cou ntries in alignment with local business requirements and processes (France, Hong Kong, Taiwan, USA).

Implementing interfaces and intercompany integrations between SAP S/4HANA subsidiaries and third-party applications (middleware, Manhattan, etc.), ensuring smooth data exchange and resolving integration issues; Managing E2E and UAT activities with key users, ensuring user support, training, and business readiness on SAP S/4HANA O2C processes; Performing integration testing and smoke tests, analyzing and resolving defects, and coordinating with solution teams and interconnected applications; Analyzing and resolving incidents related to SD/M M flows during E2E and UAT phases (O2C scope), as well as I Doc exchanges with connected systems; Providing regular reporting to O2C Tribe Leads, escalating critical issues, and delivering status updates during daily defect tracking meetings. Facilitating and participating in Fit/Gap workshops to align Sales & Distribution processes with SAP S/4HANA standard functionalities. Participating in Go-Live preparation, hypercare support, and post-deployment stabilization activities. Worked closely with cross-functional teams including SAP FI, M M, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end process consistency.

Projet : Real-time replication of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and customer master data into the SAP S/4HANA Core

Supported the definition and standardization of the SAP SD Global Core Model to ensure cross-functional consistency across Sales and Distribution processes; Configured and supported SAP SD functionalities including Sales Orders, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, and Customer Master Data Managed the end-to-end functional delivery of interfaces and integrations, coordinating with offshore development teams to support complex external system constraints; Managed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, including defect resolution, retesting cycles, and securing final business sign-off; Participated in the development of training materials and process documentation to support key users and end-user onboarding; Provided critical post-Go-Live support, including incident resolution, hypercare activities, and stabilization support for SAP SD processes; Coordinated cross-functional activities with SAP FI, M M, and logistics teams to ensure end-to-end business process integration..
