Kader achieved successfully a 1 year mission in the following fields : - lead of a project for improving the process between customer service and production planning for Sales Order confirmation in SAP S4/HANA, in order to save time in both departments (> 2 hours per day) and improve reactivity to customers needs - definition of the Core Production Planning strategy according to the specificity of the business and best practices : workshops, testing, documentation, training of users and support - in parallel, Kader took over the formalization (testing and documentation) of several industrial flows in S4/HANA in Manufacturing and Quality management The team has highly appreciated his experience in Production Planning, business skills in S4/HANA (PP), understanding of our constraints, capacity of challenging positively our current practice and thinking out of the box , in order to propose solutions and define the action plan to make it happen. The documentation written is also very clear and precise. Thank you Kader for the excellent work done in Imerys !
