• • Financial Analysis:

◦ o Ensuring the best control of costs to reflect the company's health throughout the year. Explaining variances vs. budget, keeping a tight relationship with the business and providing key financial analysis. Building monthly PnL, and shaping the best adjusted EBITDA

• • Budgeting:

◦ o Annual Budget and revised budgets realization. Realistic discussions with Executive Committee members to elaborate on the next year's costs and projects, through a detailed financial analysis of what has been done on the actuals.

• • Forecasting and Modelling:

◦ o Forecasting financial data: PnL outlook and EBITDA projections on different timelines.

-- Review of portfolio valuation across real estate assets, private equity and market instruments, ensuring consistency with valuation methodologies and regulatory standards.

-- Review and assessment of accounting procedures, internal controls and financial statements accuracy for investment funds and asset management firms.

-- Development of a strong understanding of investment vehicles, fund structures and reporting processes, with a focus on data reliability, risk identification and decision support.

-- Support to small-cap companies and start-ups throughout M&A transactions, on both buy-side and sell-side, by analyzing, processing and reshaping financial statements to support decision-making.

-- Participation in financial due diligence, including quality of earnings, working capital and cash flow analysis.

-- Review of business overviews and business plans, assessing financial sustainability, key assumptions and value creation drivers in transactional contexts.
