Supported the rollout of a Salesforce-based logistics platform by defining the adoption strategy, scoping deliverables, and sequencing workstreams — applying backlog management and prioritization thinking across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Developed training materials and delivered sessions to drive platform engagement. Built an ambassador program and multi-channel communication plan to maximize adoption at scale.
