Restructured the O2C lifecycle, implementing controls to mitigate risk and secure sustainable cash flow
Approach & Methodology
Breakdown by country and logistics provider; Workshops with Finance, Operations and 3PL providers (including Aramex)
Redesign of Order-to-Cash workflow and responsibilities
Implementation of weekly receivables reporting and tracking
Automation of order tracking and cash collection monitoring
Results: $0.9M receivables collected thanks to a new Order-to-Cash process implemented
