Fractional CTO and hands-on engineer helping startups build products that ship and scale. I bring 5 years of project leadership (20+ projects delivered to production), experience scaling an engineering team from 2 to 30, and the ability to work across the full stack when needed.

What I bring

Products that reach production. End-to-end delivery from architecture through deployment, front-end, back-end, data, CI/CD. I focus on solid foundations over shortcuts.

Technology decisions tied to business goals. As CTO, I defined the technology roadmap that supported a company's growth to over €10M in ARR. I make sure technical choices serve the business, not the other way around.

Engineering teams that deliver autonomously. I've structured an organization across five squads, put delivery practices in place (>5 deploys/day, MTTR <1 hour), and built the standards and processes that let a team run without constant oversight.
