The goal of this project is to industrialize and mutualize Accor’s IT infrastructure by leveraging AWS Cloud to provide a robust, scalable, and efficient environment tailored to the needs of hotels. This approach ensures a unified architecture, optimized resource management, and enhanced service resilience.To achieve this, RVDC (Regional Virtual Data Center) serves as a long-term managed services platform, extending beyond the initial cloud migration. RVDC enables continuous evolution, ensuring IT services remain aligned with business needs while maintaining high availability, security, and performance.Technical Environment:Cloud Provider: AWS (Amazon Web Services)Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (to automate infrastructure provisioning and management)CI/CD Pipeline: GitLab CI/CD (to automate application deployment and infrastructure changes)Version Control: GitLab (for source code and infrastructure as code management)Monitoring & Logging: AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, Prometheus, and Grafana (for observability and performance tracking)Container Orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS) (for containerized applications and workloads)Security & Compliance: AWS IAM, AWS Security Hub, AWS GuardDuty (to enforce security best practices)This cloud-based industrialization allows Accor to standardize deployments, improve operational efficiency, and ensure IT scalability across all regions.
