The goal of this project is to industrialize and mutualize Accor’s IT infrastructure by leveraging AWS Cloud to provide a robust, scalable, and efficient environment tailored to the needs of hotels. This approach ensures a unified architecture, optimized resource management, and enhanced service resilience.

To achieve this, RVDC (Regional Virtual Data Center) serves as a long-term managed services platform, extending beyond the initial cloud migration. RVDC enables continuous evolution, ensuring IT services remain aligned with business needs while maintaining high availability, security, and performance.

Technical Environment:

Exit strategy and an exit plan contributor for regulation compliancy
Demonstrated technical evidence that the exit plan is effective on AWS Lambda and on AWS DynamoDB.
As proof of concept of the project, I was charged of establishing the exit plan of two applications, that implement common architecture patterns were selected:
- PAM application based on Event driven architecture.
- User profiles based on Microservice architecture.
Technical environment: Docker, Kubernetes, Python, NodeJS, Redis, Terraform, AWS.

In addition to that another projet for an end-to-end testing of AWS Glue, AWS SQS & AWS Opensearch.
