With 20 years of experience as a manager, director and human resources professional, in creative and retail environments at international stage, my common thread has been woven around the human resource development, building performing organizations, teams, and tools. Passionate about working on the field, I have developed an ability to approach subjects from both operational and strategic perspectives.
