I work in AI automation and workflow development, building systems that help businesses streamline operations and reduce manual work.

I design and implement automation solutions using n8n, APIs, and OpenAI, focusing on practical use cases like lead processing, CRM automation, document handling, and customer support workflows.

My work is centered on creating reliable, well-structured systems that integrate smoothly into existing business processes and can be maintained long-term.

Before moving into automation, I studied socio and media communications in Prague and worked in marketing and project coordination roles in NGOs and publishing. This experience helps me understand both business workflows and communication needs.
