With 15 years of experience in Tech companies (Microsoft, TikTok, Sage), I am an expert at operations for a sales structure. I run and improve sales operations from reporting, tools, processes, people organisation, and strategy implementation. Recently, I was the program manager at TikTok FR, helping a sales director by implementing strategy, handling key projects and running day-to-day operations, and also manager of a team of 3.
