Zerouk en quelques mots

I am a project and portfolio management professionnal. I had the chance to exercise in different project management roles (Enterprise/central PMO, Project director/manager, program manager) and in multiple sectors (FInances, Digital, Tourism, ERP, Big 4, HR, Industry). I did long (18-30 months) missions and also shorter ones (4-8 months). In the long ones I encountered the process/method implementation challenges, as well as building something from scratch. In the short missions I learned how to handle crisis and very strong pressure. This helped me to develop my leadership and team management skills.
In my different missions and projects I worked in international environments with interlocutors and teams ditributed in different regions in the world. There were in most of them IT transformation programmes in which I had different roles in different project types such as moving to the Cloud, implementing PPM tools, GDPR, compliance, software development, or digitalisation.
I am familiar with all project management methodologies such as Agile (scrum or others), Prince 2, orthe tradition V cycle. I developed and rolled out training for different members in the companies I passed through.
Working as a team for a global enterprise benefit and avoiding non added value actions to achieve goals is what I believe will bring us into a win-win synergy.
