My responsibilities:
- Constructed projects governance (V-model and Agile) aligned with PMI processes through audits and collaborative workshops: definition of roles and responsibilities matrix, standardized procedures, deliverable templates, ...
- Developed a change management plan targeting 140 people: communications, training materials, surveys, and knowledge management base implementation, ...
- Deployed the PM methodology among IS Department and supported projects/programs stakeholders: training sessions, feedback reviews, follow-ups.
- Monitored projects’ compliance to the newly defined PM methodology and within the following functional areas: Marketing & Sales, Communication, Legal
- Prioritized programs and projects through qualification workshops and transversal analysis (Servier’s strategic vision, budgets, capacity and resources)

- Successfully integrated the Real Estate Department’s processes within the hyper-competitiveness program (impacts study, expertise requests, projects execution)
- Increased the Department’s visibility on the program by anticipating on a 2-year construction works for all Renault’s sites
- Leveraged the Department’s contribution in the program by defining a roadmap of all business innovations (shortlisted and validated according to profitability)
