Being a good translator goes way beyond putting words into another language. It is about keeping the sense and emotions intact, and connect with the reader in the way that was originally intended. I am convinced that even though many words share the same meaning, those nuances exist for a reason. I am obsessed with languages and their precise use.
Being a musician, I also pay a lot of attention to the rythm and flow of words, which is an essential part of the reader's experience.

I have experience in translation from English and Spanish to French from my previous work position in a music business company, as well as my current position as the international sales manager for one of the top French board games publisher and distributor.

Having lived in foreign countries for 8 years, I had the chance to practice and perfect my English to a fluent level. 95% of my readings are in English since years (so much more material available online).
Being married to my beautiful Mexican wife Martha since 9 years, I also brought my Spanish up to a very good level.

So far, I have translated marketing material and blog posts about music instruments, the music scene and sound engineering gear and skills, as well as board game rules - where precision and clarity is key, social, blog and marketing material for the board game industry.

I have a very broad range of interests, but the topics I favor most are:
