Grâce aux expériences acquises, j'ai pu développer diverses compétences : que ce soit en commercial B to B, B to C, développement d'un portefeuille de propriétés, développement d'un marché, assuré la distribution et connectivité via des channels managers etc. Cela me permet d'avoir une vision à 360.
Récemment, j'ai également complété mes connaissances en réalisant de la conciergerie pour des clients VIP, ayant besoin d'organiser leurs séjours.
Enfin, ma passion des voyages et des différentes cultures m'ont permis de parler correctement 3 langues que sont l'anglais, le portugais et l'espagnol.

I'm in charge of the development of our destinations thanks to the acquisition of direct homeowners and supply partners in Europe and outside Europe. The goal here is to satisfy our clients in terms of quality, availability, and satisfaction. This requires as well to handle pricing in collaboration with the other team of the company to have an idea of our costs and the distribution.
On the other hand I'm taking care of the partnerships and the bookings production with the B to B actors like travel agencies, embassies or as well entertainment company. Management of 4 people.

Based in Paris and working with a worldwide team , I had the opportunity to participate to the merge of 3 different companies that have been bought by Accorhotels group (Travelkeys, onefinestay and Squarebreak). The challenge was even bigger because the business models were completely different, and the second reason is that the rental market is still looking for its stability and rules due to its young existence.
Following my previous experience in the start up called Squarebreak, onefinestay allowed me to take in charge more deeply the strategy of the markets such as the South of Europe, France and LATAM. On the other hand, because of my curiosity and my desire to learn, I've taken back the events organization of the company for our partners and the showroom/fashion department.
