After the successful launch of Airbnb Experiences during Airbnb Open in Los Angeles, I've decided to join the Experiences team to help them launch pilotes in Paris and kickstart projects.

The Airbnb Open is the largest community event in the world since 2014. It's an international conference where the Airbnb community can meet, celebrate and get inspired by famous speakers in the industry. I have successively worked on the 3 festivals who took place in San Francisco 2014, Paris 2015, Los Angeles 2016.

- Team Coordinator by liaising constantly between strategic / logistic agencies and internal teams
- Helping design the offline user experience of the event
First Airbnb employee in France, I have helped the company to open the Paris office from scratch. I've contributed in the first recruitments and design the office while my main mission was the management of the offline community in Paris (1st market for Airbnb in the world) and then France, Belgium and Morocco.
