• Reporting to the Director of Operations, I am in charge of managing weak current systems (access control, attendance and time management, anti-intrusion, video surveillance, fire safety, fire protection, motorization, videophone, TV Distribution) , from the creation phase of the solution to the closing of the project. As such, my main tasks are as follows:
• Monitoring and improving the quality of the implementation of solutions.
• Guarantor of the good contractual management of the business.

- Cost setting and monthly Price List setting (XLS & PDF) sheet.
- Establishment of commercial and marketing strategy.
- Setting of the targeted turnover (by month / by sales person / by dealer).
- Monitoring of the sales evolution (by range / by product / by model).
- Maintaining and training a sales team (3 sales persons & 1 merchandiser).
- Provide technical and commercial training for POS sellers.
- I am in charge of dealing with Carrefour & Géant Hypermarkets and ELEKTRA chain stores (15 POS).
- Establishment of a Market Survey to introduce new brand names for white goods, built-in, TV (Vestel, ITWash, FERRE).
- Reporting to Sales Manager & General Manager.
- Establishment & achievement of promotional campaigns.
- Good knowledge and control of the Business management Software "SAGE SAARI".
- Good PC skills especially for Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
