Julie en quelques mots

Consultante en projets digitaux agiles depuis 3 ans, je suis intervenue sur une quinzaine de projets très divers (cf. section "expériences").

J’ai eu au sein de ces équipes les rôles de Scrum Master, Coach Agile puis Directrice Projet. En tant que Directrice Projet, je coachais des équipes de développeurs, UX/UI designers, product owners et coachs agiles tout le long le projet, de la conception au lancement.

Je suis quelqu’un de rigoureux et organisé ce qui me permet d’être efficace dans des missions de planification ou de recherche.

Aujourd'hui, je suis à la recherche de nouvelles opportunités en tant que consultante agile, particulièrement sur des missions de User Research ou User Testing, ou pour renforcer une équipe de Product Managers sur un projet.

Je suis prête à vous accompagner dans le développement de votre site ou application sur des enjeux de stratégie, produit, delivery, utilisateur ou encore méthodologie.

→ Launch of the B2B business for a European DIY marketplace (website, 11 months, 7-pp team, €1.2M budget)

● Conducted user research to define the product vision and strategy, as well as the product roadmap
● Implemented the agile methodology into the project
● Worked on a roadmap visibility plan for stakeholders and the team to ensure the tight deadline would be respected
● Managed the Product Backlog by prioritizing features aiming at building a Minimum Viable Product, using JIRA
● Analyzed how users were using the website after the release to adapt some features, using Hotjar and Amplitude

Achievements: conversion rate of 60% (vs 50% expected), 2K new clients and €1.7M revenue for B2B in 1 month

→ Conception phase of a product to improve internal productivity for one of the top 5 Food-Retailer in France (web application, 2 months, 6-pp team, €100K budget)

● Conducted users interviews to understand the current workflow in a complex business environment
● Identified pain points and opportunities to help them save time
● Managed the UX team designing the product map emphasizing the features we recommended on the platform
● Coached Architect Developer to define the application architecture drawing of the project
● Prepared and animated the restitution meeting for all stakeholders including CMO to present our recommendations

Achievements: 30% of time-saving in referencing products

→ Release of the professionals’ platform for the #1 broker company in France (web app, 4 months, 5-pp team, €200K budget)

● Implemented agility in a non-agile company
● Managed client account and ensured client was satisfied by gathering weekly feedback and driving continuous improvement within the Scrum Team

Achievements: 98% average client satisfaction, more than €100M of submitted files on the website 2 months after the release

→ Development of customizable chat for a digital marketing company (web application, 6 months, 6-pp team, €300K budget)

● Conducted problem solving every day (especially about reducing bugs, using 5 Why’s)
● Animated all Scrum events such as daily meetings, estimations, backlog grooming, sprint review, sprint retrospective and sprint planning (sprint length: 1 week)
● Provided coaching to the team in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Lean Management on topics such as accountability, collaboration, iterative development, continuous integration and delivery, automated testing, managing flow, limiting work in progress, eliminating waste, etc.

Achievements: technical team increased by 20% its velocity thanks to problem-solving, client satisfaction increased by 50%

→ Development of online account for patients of the biggest private hospitals in France (website and web application, 20 months, 7-pp team, €1M budget)

● All of the above, plus trained a new Product Owner to his role by explaining how to write good user stories, what are acceptance criteria, what are the different scrum events, etc. using Trello (sprint length: 1 week)
● Worked closely with UX designers on user interviews, user testing, and product map design to ensure the right product is developed and maintained for customers
● Animated Kaizen sessions to work on defining the right success of the projects with the stakeholders

Achievements: 2 to 3 hours saved for hospitals’ admins and patients to do pre-admittance paperwork, reduced by 60% the time to check patients’ state of health after surgeries
