Actually working for Indian company HCL TECHNOLOGIES at chemical company Axalta as a freelancer.
I’m the only person on site responsible of local end user & infrastructure IT support in Montbrison (250 users), FR and offering remote support on other sites in France (Mantes-La-Ville). If needed, I also help in other countries remotely as Morocco and Italy.
Call handling done by international helpdesk, dispatch done to local support (only me in Montbrison) & system engineer teams. My direct escalation path is my HCL manager, Procurement/IT management in Spain, system engineer in France, network engineering in Spain and remote teams in India.
I have other support colleagues in EMEA: Germany, UK, Austria, Switserland, France and Spain.
