David started in May 2021 at our project as the local Data Lead in France, for a S4HANA implementation project. It was from the start very clear that he holds a high level of knowledge in this area. Next to that also strong stakeholders management skill, also shown by the feedback we received from the local plant management (was very positive). Strong follow up on all maser data related activities and also pro-active in flagging the relationship to functional processes to ensure all project is aligned and aware of potential impacts. In July he also took the cut-over lead role, which again he performed very well. Created the detailed cut-over plan (into minutes!) and ensured that all parties were executing there tasks in time with the right level of quality. This resulted in the end in a successful Go-Live. Would work with David at any new project.
