Oversaw product management of Sales Optimizer’s Salesforce apps: Account Optimizer (AO), Sales Process Optimizer (SPO), and Mass Edit Optimizer (MEO), a subset of our diverse portfolio of Account and Sales Planning apps.

Primary responsibility was to work directly with our clients and development teams alike, to help design, review, and release new functionality within our Salesforce Apps to enhance end-users’ value of Salesforce as a sales tool.

Managed design/redesign of Salesforce orgs as well as global deployments of Sales Cloud involved from end to end. Writing User Stories, Configuring Sales Cloud and Lightning (objects, process builders, workflows, profiles, security, approval processes, lightning layouts, etc.)
