Charles en quelques mots

Over the past 15 years, Charles has learned and used decentralized management techniques, which have allowed him to excel in product, project and program management. This experience has included setting up communications, governance, risk management and stakeholder management for Product delivery and maintenance – both in Agile and Waterfall. Having started learning about management in the US Army Signal Corp, Charles saw the real benefits and deficits of command-and-control management. Since then, he has continued his education in Project/Agile Management, programming, Cybersecurity and Machine Learning (AI). Because of his strong background in both technical and stakeholder management, he can challenge and drive quality from all types of professionals (Developers, Marketing, Data Scientist, Directors, HR, Accounting, etc.) and ensure consistency with business requirements in the overall product landscape.

The endemic remote workspace: Charles is adeptly qualified to work in remote teams in both English and French. Not only has he managed teams in extremely stressful situations, over the past 9 years he has managed remote teams around the World, including in: France, Germany, the UK, Italy, China, Japan, most of the countries in Latin American, the US and Australia – with his most recent three positions worked 100% remotely. His English language level is Native, French is B2, Spanish A2,
Portuguese A2 and Mandarin A1.
