Hello ! If you are a general manager, marketing manager or HR manager, I can help you designing experiences for your customers that match with those of your employees. After that, we can project them upon the processes, the culture and the information system of your company so you know what has to be done. All this in close cooperation with you, your teams and some of your customers of course.
I am very comfortable working with international teams and can work in Spanish, English and French.

My team and I improve the employee experience (EX) everywhere in ADEO, often with the help of digital products that we make or buy. Hosted into "Human Challenge Team" we cooperate with Performance, Marketing, IT teams and technology providers to identify what to improve and to drive effectively the change in our companies. The tools that we use the most are Design Thinking, User Experience Design, Lean Kanban and several Change management techniques to deliver value to our companies. I personnaly am in charge of the design and the execution of Employee eXperience digitization strategy and I contribute to the execution of HR transformation goals.
