Connected to my PMO activities, I am in charge of designing, implementing and maintaining the IT Economic Model of the bioMérieux group. By starting with the ABC Analysis approach, the ambition is to define the most appropriate internal pricing strategy to support the deployment of the IT services within the group. The concepts of costs vs usage and business value for money are key in this mission.

BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER - COST AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
I was in charge of defining and proposing innovative orientations and associated IT solutions to improve the Project Cost & Resource Management in all Truck Divisions and Business Areas in the group.
The idea was to define and select the IT systems supporting the business by listing the business needs but also look at what kind of population will use these systems. 80% of the business needs could be covered whatever the chosen IT platform, so the key of the success was definitly within the usability vs the usage expectation.
The main challenge was to answer to top level consolidation needs, cross organizations, without constraining to much the end users, especially the project and resource managers.
We then oriented the stakeholders to a bimodal solution based on one hand on SAP PS and on the other hand on a PPM toolbox.
The needs of reliability for the consolidation part was ensured by SAP (mandatory data).
The needs of flexibility to manage the operational project life is supported by an optional PPM toolbox with several platforms, all inheriting master data from SAP (MS Project, Plansiware, Primavera, Visual Planning...)

- Project & Resource Management : I was in charge of defining the best processes and orienting the choice on corresponding IT solutions on the market depending on the business needs. My stakeholders vary from the strategic company layers up to the daily operational ones.
- Visual Performance Management : I was acting as Core Team member but also business coach for the deployment of Virtual Visual Performance Methodologies for the entire Volvo Group. My activities were highly connected with new visual collaboration tools such as iObeya and Digital Whiteboards
