Je souhaite partager mes connaissances, méthodes et outils dans une volonté permanente de création de valeur et d'optimisation des opérations.
J'ai servi des clients dans de nombreux secteurs (retail, industrie) sur des problématiques opérationnelles (supply chain, opérations, scalabilité).
J'ai travaillé principalement en France et également à l'étranger (Maroc, Hong Kong, Italie, Roumanie).
Je suis maintenant responsable des opérations de Lazazu, dans le but d'optimiser les flux d'informations et de décisions tout au long des opérations internes et avec les clients, incluant :
- mise en place les outils et processus, avec une grande variabilité et adaptabilité (outils in-house, NoCode ou sur étagère) pour répondre à des besoins cruciaux : CRM, reporting, back office etc.
- suivi de la performance, les KPIs et le plan financier
- management des équipes (opérationnelles, customer care)
Les opérations sont la colonne vertébrale de toute entreprise, la face cachée et indispensable de tout service ou produit. Chaque problématique doit être qualifiée pour trouver sa solution en fonction des priorisations. Une problématique ne doit pas être laissée sans solution, et c'est ma volonté.
