- Amelioration of the schedule visibility between the different parts of the group thanks to a dedicated schedule shared by both companies implied in a project. At the beginning, the project management tools used were different : data weren't updated, sometime a translation was needed, all these issues were slowing the decision process.
- Benchmark of the existing logic of development in the automotive industry, formalization of several proposition to update the customer's one
