Mon but est de proposer une expertise basée sur une expérience et une passion (devOps, Cloud computing).
Je réponds à des besoins de performances et de haute disponibilité/fiabilité des applications.
Pour y arriver, je me base sur mon expérience des grands groupes et grandes infrastructures (4 ans chez Volvo/Renault Trucks, 2 ans chez Veepee), et sur des projets de mise en place d'infrastructure, de migration ou d'amélioration continue que j'ai pu effectuer et qui m'ont permis de construire une véritable librairie (Kubernetes, FluxCD, operator ect).
Dans mon travail je favorise la confiance, les résultats et l'efficacité. Je fais en sorte que mon travail ait un impact positif et visible pour le business, et je ne me limite pas à de la simple maintenance en condition opérationnelle des applications. Je contribue à l'amélioration des process, à la structuration, à la simplification et universalisation des systèmes informatiques.
Mon objectif est d'assister et de soutenir le business - par le biais des équipes de développement le plus souvent - dans ses besoins de résilience et de performance. En partant de l'observabilité et du monitoring, j'en déduit la scalabilité et la mise en place d'infrastructure à haute disponibilité via une stratégie DevOps.
DevOps est donc mon approche. Tout ce qui peut être codé peut être automatisé. J'utilise le concept InfraAsCode pour construire des systèmes résilients faciles à déployer à grande échelle et scalables. Ensuite grâce à l'observabilité, grâce aux outils de gestion d'infrastructure, et avec les formations/documentations que je peux apporter, mon but est d'universaliser la gestion de cette infrastructure. Transparence et décentralisation.
En résumé, je suis focus sur :
-l'observabilité (monitoring/ alerting/ logging)
-la performance (scalabilité, automatisation, exploitation des données du monitoring/logging)
-les backups et la sécurité (sécurisation des datas, PRA, redondance de l'infrastructure)

I worked as SRE for different application teams. I was responsible in term of availability and performance.
We worked in devOps way. Part of the team, I helped them to understand and to be autonomous on there infrastructure needs using devOps tools. I also had the opportunity to works on huge projects.
Build/project :
- Design, build and deployment of a backup solution, multi stack, resilient and monitored.
Using Ansible and AWX for the scheduling, metrics on pushgateway and prometheus for the alerting. Grafana dedicated dashboard and implementation on all team all stack (pg, mariadb, mongodb, elastic, consul, eventstore ect)
- Design build and deployment of a new home made postgres cluster architecture using keepalived. Migration from patroni to our own solution, deployed on ansible.
Monitoring and alerting using Percona tool : PMM.
Runtime :

- terraform/terragrunt deployment using gitlab-ci and dedicated docker image.
- ansible on AWX to allow them to manage infrastructure configuration/database needs (pgsql), storage provisionning ect.
Deployment automation :
- helm chart development using gitlac-ci to deploy it on kubernetes
- Fleet gitops deployment - alternative to other CI chart.
Application management:
- kubernetes (k8s / k3s) and rancher clusters management (nodes, certificates, deployment, reliability, scalability) using dedicated operator to manage their needs.

- Alerting - threshold ect.

Technical lead on outsourcing project
Migration project to move Oney infrastructure from IBM service center to HCL technologie service center (India).
The server were already operate by HCL but the run management has to be migrated too.

1 : identify the scope working in peer with IBM - infrastructure and devOps.
2 : operate the infrastructure for few month working with Oney developers.
3 : Create full procedure and documentation. Manage and train indian team to take the run.

Target environment : Linux only - Tomcat JVM and Oracle.
The new environment is built using devOps practice :
